Refund policy

How we list

Every watch is authenticated, timed, photographed, and given a written condition assessment before it goes live. Box, papers, and service records are disclosed when present. Assume every watch is pre-owned unless the listing states “new” or “unworn,” and expect wear consistent with age. Minor photo-to-hand variation from lighting and screens can occur questions before purchase are always welcome.

All sales are final if opened

The only returns we accept are those that have the security tag, seal intact, and untampered due to the authenticated nature of the watches and their internals.  Watches are authenticated by a third party to guarantee they arrive in the condition as disclosed.

Program returns

• Security tag, seal, or certificate must remain intact and untampered
• Returns must be routed through the authentication program, not sent directly to us
• Watch must be returned in the same condition delivered, with all packaging, links, straps, tags, and documentation
• Damaged, sized, polished, or serviced returns may be rejected under program rules
